yahoo customer care…

customer what?  how about “does anybody know how to contact Yahoo with a question”?

come on guys, you are still a ‘big player’ in the industry and you can’t even figure out how to weed out the bogus email inquiries from people that are actually trying to do good things on the web.

I recently found this, this, and I even received a customer care ’support satisfaction survey’ I’m assuming from an email I sent earlier in the week - that they NEVER responded to, let alone took the time to try to fix.

Either way, I’m not really happy with their customer care, lack thereof, let alone their search results.  Maybe I’ll try to contact them again some day - otherwise I’ll stick with Google for the time being - it is really no big secret why G is beating the pants off of Yahoo in the search category.

namesake domain

finally - the blog is finally up on its namesake domain www.suacoustic.com - if you are a technical person, and possibly know a little bit about me - you may be able to decipher exactly what I’m trying to say with the url. otherwise, check out the about page and I might have a little better description of what I’m trying to do and say.

otherwise - happy reading, I’ll most certainly be more actively posting since I have a better degree of control over content, db and shell access to the server so I can implement more modifications and nifty tricks to the blog as I have time.
